Because there have been multiple version of this product, some are confused on that the actual difference is. The current formula has been around since the beginning of 2017. It's main ingredient is DMHA, but this could change. Due to the issues with the FDA and DMAA, Metabolic Nutrition decided to remove this ingredient, along with every other manufacturer. While many customers were upset about this, the newest formula is stronger than ever and is now a top fat burner in our store.

    Q: Can Synedrex affect birth control.
    A: When taking any sort of medication like birth control, it is best to speak with your doctor. While we don't think it should have any effect, we would highly recommend speaking with your doctor, as they would be able to provide the best answer.

    Q: Can you snort it?
    A: Yes, we actually receive this sort of question. No, this product should definitely not be snorted. It should be taken in the original pill form with liquid.

    Q: How long does it last?
    A: The effects of this product can normally be felt anywhere from 4-8 hours. It is dependent on how sensitive to stimulants you are. This is a very strong fat burner.

    Q: What replaced it?
    A: Synedrex is now back, but for the time it was gone, a product called Synadrene replaced it. It is the closest thing to the original product. Metabolic Nutrition removed it from the market when DMAA was starting to have issues. They wanted to wait until they had a good replacement and not rush into releasing a less potent replacement.

    Q: Who makes this product?
    A: Metabolic Nutrition is the manufacturer of this product. They also make other fat burners like Thyrene and Hydravax, which are popular to stack.

    Q: Why was Synedrex banned/discontinued?
    A: It was never banned, but was discontinued. This was due to the government looking more into the use of DMAA (1 3 dimethylamylamine). Because of this, Metabolic Nutrition decided to discontinue that version of the product and replace it with DMHA. This took over a year, which is why it may have seemed the product was discontinued or banned.

    Q: Will take this product make you fail a drug test?
    A: Depending on what they tested you for. This version should not. It really depends on what your governing body is testing for though.

    Q: Is this product FDA approved?
    A: 99% of sports supplements and herbal vitamins are not FDA approved. This product is no different.

    Q: Is this product like Adderall?
    A: No, nothing that can be purchased without a prescription will be as strong as Adderall. It does that some great focusing and mood benefits though.

    Q: Is this product a steroid?
    A: No, this is a very strong fat burner that does nothing for testosterone or hormones. They are nothing alike.

    Q: Is this product legal?
    A: Yes, Synedrex has always been legal.

    Q: Can I drink alcohol with this product?
    A: While you can drink alcohol while taking this product, we don't recommend drinking alcohol and taking this product at the exact same time.

    Q: Is there anything such as withdrawl from taking this product?
    A: While it isn't called withdrawl, anytime you get off of a high stimulant fat burner or pre-workout, you can get headaches. This is rare, but it is due to not getting as much caffeine and other stimulants as normal. We usually recommend taking in smaller amounts instead of cutting off stimulants completely.

    Q: Can you stack this will Thyrene and Hydravax?
    A: Yes, stacking this product with Thyrene and Hydravax is actually very popular for weight loss. It is recommended to try this product on it's own first to access your tolerance.

    Q: Can this product cause high blood pressure?
    A: Yes, any supplement that has stimulants and caffeine can increase your blood pressure. If concerned, we recommend speaking with your doctor.

    Q: Does this formula have AMP Citrate?
    A: No, that formula was the 2nd generation. That ingredient will not be coming back.

    Q: Can this product cause erectile dysfunction?
    A: While we have not heard of anything like this, looking at forums, some people relate high doses of stimulants to erectile dysfunction. We would recommend speaking with your doctor.

    Q: How much caffeine is in this product?
    A: Because it is part of a proprietary blend, you don't know exactly the dose of caffeine per capsule.

    Q: Can this product cause chest pain?
    A: While we haven't heard of this side effect, if you are getting chest pains from taking it, we would recommend speaking with your doctor.

    Q: Are there any drug interactions with taking this?
    A: This would be a question for your doctor.

    Q: Can this product cause diarrhea?
    A: Due to the high dose of stimulants, we have had customers tell us about this side effect.

    Q: Can this product cause hair loss?

    This is honestly the best weight loss product I have come across in a very long time. I personally have lost a lot of weight using it, and some of my friends have lost more than 60 pounds within a month and a half. You do get better results when working out with this product. They come a lot quicker. There wasn't many bad side effects. Sleeping was hard when I first took it, but after a couple of days that went away.


    I love the long term energy and endurance this pill allows. I does make me a bit jittery shortly after taking it, but it wears off. Otherwise I will take it with my protein. Very good appetite suppressant.

    Synedrex Directions: Due to the strength of Synedrex please assess your tolerance by initially taking only 1 capsule upon awakening with a meal for the first few days. After assessment, if effects last longer than 15 hours, consider alternating dosage to every other day. With caution, you may take 1 capsule on an empty stomach in the A.M. Do Not take more than 1 capsule daily or 12 hours prior to desired bedtime. Do Not use Synedrex longer than 60 days continuously.


    This product contains caffeine and synephrine. DO NOT consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Potential side effects are jitters and nausea. It is always recommended to take with food first to find out your tolerance to any potential side effects of this product.

    What happens if my tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my package? 
    • While we work with reliable carriers, occasionally, there are glitches on the carrier’s end. We recommend using your tracking information to check with your postal carrier for packages marked as ‘delivered’ that did not show up. If you are still have not been able to receive your package, please fill out the form on our page.

    Only part of my order was delivered. What should I do? 

    • In an effort to get your purchase to you quickly, occasionally your order will be split into more than one shipment. Your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number should reflect what was shipped. You will receive a second email with new tracking for the rest of your order when it ships. If your order confirmation includes your whole order, but only some items arrive, please reach out to us by filling out the from on our Contact Us page.

    Can I change my shipping address?

    What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

    How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit on the following conditions:
