How do I take APS Mesomorph?
Recommended Dosage: According to APS Nutrition, you should take 1 scoop 30 minutes before your workout on an empty stomach. But because of the strength and potency of this product, Best Price Nutrition recommends that you begin with 1/2 scoop until you access your tolerance. And yes, men and women can both take this product. Most women of lighter weight should start with just 1/4 the scoop.

Geranium Extract is derived from the leaf and stems of a Geranium plant. It is becoming a popular ingredient in many Pre-Workouts to enhance athletic performance.
Quebracho Blanco
Quebracho Blanco Extract comes from the Quebracho Blanco Tree, also known as the Kebrako or White Quebracho. This tree is native to South America including Brazil, Argentine, Bolivia, and Paraguay. The extract of this tree is another form of Yohimbe. Yohimbe has a long history of use in West Africa as well as in the supplement industry. Yohimbe is often used for energy, thermogenesis, as well as libido and virility.
Nitric Oxide Complex
APS Mesomorph created a 6500mg blend to enhance nitric oxide production enabling you to push harder in every set. While Beta-Alanine can help to delay the onset of muscle fatigue, L-Citrulline can reduce muscle soreness during and after exercise ‒ enabling you to attack every working set that much harder.
