About Coach Omar
In 2015, I got in a bad car accident that left me unable to work or exercise for 8 months. During that time, I gained 50 pounds and weighed 243 pounds, the most I had ever weighed in my life.
It wasn’t until a pickup game of basketball where I was in the middle of a play and was unable to stop myself the moment the play ended. It was then that I realized I needed to change my life.
It took me 9 months to get the weight off. I entered a body building competition and was incredibly motivated. I learned to coach myself first. Now that I have been overweight, I know what it feels like to be on the other side and the dedication and hard work needed to transform your life.
My dad is also a coach and he inspired me to do the same to help people one on one. I absolutely love helping people unlock a point in their body they haven’t seen before!

Omar will help you figure out macros, daily calorie intake, any food sensitivities and you’ll monitor food together daily. If you have any specific diets you’d like to follow (ie, intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, or other), he can help you with those, too.

Fitness also needs to be holistic - nutrition, sleep, and wellness all play a huge part in how you reach your goals - and a trainer will help you address all the components you need to succeed.

In order to create a lasting habit, the minimum amount of time you need is 4 months. Omar’s program is structured around building these habits that will help you crush your goals, making it a minimum 4 month contract. However, you can cancel anytime, no strings attached.
